I joined BMF in 2017 after seeing it advertised on TV, and it quickly became clear that outdoor fitness was the perfect fit for me. Getting in the best shape of my life and rediscovering my love for the outdoors inspired me to help others do the same.
After becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2021, I began instructing and, in 2024, took over the business, re-branding it as Eastside Outdoor Fitness. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to rebuilding the community and creating an environment where everyone can push their limits, achieve their goals, and enjoy their fitness journey outdoors.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I became a personal trainer and specialised in strength training and General Physical Preparedness (GPP). Passionate about rugby, kettlebells, and deadlifting, I’ve worked with athletes from various backgrounds, including wrestlers, boxers, rugby players, and throwers, as well as individuals looking to improve their fitness levels.
I believe in the power of outdoor training to build strength, resilience, and confidence. Whether you’re an athlete or a beginner, my sessions challenge you to push beyond your limits and build strength for every aspect of life.

With 15 years of experience attending outdoor fitness classes, from BMF to Eastside Outdoor Fitness, I developed a passion for training in nature and its many benefits. After having two children, outdoor fitness helped me regain strength and energy. In 2024, I qualified as an instructor and personal trainer to share the positive impact outdoor training has had on me.
I believe the outdoors is the best place to train, offering fresh air, variety, and a connection to nature that enhances both physical and mental well-being. My goal is to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more energised through fun, effective outdoor workouts.

Level 2 Fitness Instructor
I was introduced to BMF after the second Covid lockdown by a friend. Prior to that, I had been doing yoga and some HIIT classes. Being outside and feeling the elements instantly clicked, and within a couple of sessions, I knew I’d found a unique addition to my exercise routine.
In 2024, I decided to complement my experience as a school teacher by earning a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification to join the Eastside Outdoor Instructor team. I still participate 2-3 times a week, balancing that with instructing in Millfields and Victoria Park. My sessions target all areas of fitness, offering a challenge tailored to your level.
